Use of Password

Client shall be responsible for creating and safe keeping of their Password. Passwords are generated randomly on the system, encrypted and passed on to the Client. We do not have access to the passwords. Client shall bear all responsibility of keeping the password secure and in the event that the Client incurs any liability to any third party as a result of the password being used by third parties, or due to improper use of the password, Client shall, without limitation, bear all such liability. 

Payments

We have entered into a contractual agreement with E-Billing Solutions Private Limited (“EBS”) to enable online payments. Please Visit, http://www.ebs.in for terms and conditions and security features of the credit/debit card transactions available via this site.

By using a credit/debit card to pay for our services, you confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours. We do not save or store your credit card information on our servers. This information is passed on to EBS for processing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your Subscription will be enabled immediately on receipt of your payment. Once your Subscription is enabled, Subscription fees shall not be refunded. In the unlikely event that your Subscription is not enabled within a period of 30 minutes from the time of receipt of your payment, you can request for the Subscription to be terminated and the money will be refunded back to you.

Refund will be made in the following way:

1.    If the Subscription fees were paid by online transaction, we will refund the amount to the same account.

2.    If the Subscription fees were paid by Cash or DD, we will credit the amount to your designated bank account. Handling charges (i.e. 2.5%) will be deducted.

Notification of Changes

The Firm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.

Waiver

Failure of either party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any agreement or the failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

Applicable law

This site is created and controlled by the Firm. The laws of India shall apply and courts in New Delhi alone shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions and disclaimers. The Firm reserves the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions and disclaimers at any time. Please also read “Notification of Changes” below.
